      		A maximum of 18 Participants (+2 local guides and up to 3 expert educators).<\/td>\n\t<\/tr>\n

      		Mostly 4 and 5-star ecolodges and hotels. Each participant will have their own room with optional upgrades to suites available for an additional fee. *Note, we prioritize working with locally-owned organizations wherever possible.<\/td>\n\t<\/tr>\n\t

      		Global Vision Travel - our Travel Consultants of almost 20 years, are experts to work with. Participants will either fly solo or with a small group from each coast depending on numbers and personal departure airports (SEA|PDX|SFO|LAX|JFK|LGA|EWR|MIA). International airfare (est. $1,700-$6,000 depending on class), internal flight (est. $200-$400), and spending money (est. $200) are extra.<\/td>\n\t<\/tr>\n\t

      Theory of Change: Participant Transformation & Regenerative Practices<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>

      Bringing together individuals within professional cohorts allows us to design experiences for durable transformation on a personal level, thus better driving systemic change in the organizations they represent. <\/span>As our participants' awareness evolves, they experience the many layers of a Regenerative paradigm. This means exploring how prevailing social, economic, cultural, and political models may perpetuate the undoing of community cohesion, the degradation of environments, and the de-contextualization of people and their lifeways from the landscapes they steward.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

      Both Terra Genesis and Carpe Diem have witnessed participant transformation firsthand; and recognize it to be the best way for larger change: not only expanding an understanding of place, but also fostering broader awareness of their role in shaping communities.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>The Regenerative paradigm helps us understand the impacts of our individual and collective actions according to relative and measured impacts to a system, structure, or process within and on landscapes, communities, and lifeways.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      Not all participants begin at the same level - some may not have any understanding of what they are empowered to do, and others may have high aspirations but lack the experience to transform those into actions within their organizations. It is our hope that all organizational leadership evolves to one of reciprocal stewardship, rather than charity or exploitation.<\/span><\/p>\n
